Most of the Coloprint Disney postcards are in the form of greeting cards. Mickey and Donald, Bambi, and The Three Little Pigs have been used repeatedly, often mixed on the same card. This, personally, I find quite irritating. Sorry, but the three different sets of characters simply don't belong together. They are from different worlds. Even Pinocchio and Pedro get a look-in! It is interesting to note that Coloprint discontinued this design practice for cards published in the beginning of the sixties and later.

I have grouped the cards under the headings of the type of greeting rather than character groupings as they are so mixed. Since Coloprint is/was a Belgian publisher, French and Dutch are the main languages for the captions. Cards with other languages have been found, notably Italian and German or even cards with no caption at all, for the export market. Many of the cards have been reprinted several times judging by the various fonts used for the captions.

All the Disney Coloprint postcards of this era are quite common. Expect to pay €3 - €6 for cards in good condition.
